New Sex Assault Charges Filed Against Teachers Aide
The Stratford teacher's aide has been additionally charged with sexually assaulting two minors at the Trumbull Marriott.

A Stratford teacher’s aide who was previously charged by Stratford Police for allegedly sexually assaulting a student was additionally charged by Trumbull Police.
Kyle Damato-Kushel, 46, is accused of sexually assaulting a 15 and a 16-year-old at the Trumbull Marriott in August. One of the victim’s knew Damato-Kushel through family and the other was friends with the other victim, police said.

Stratford Police began the investigation and let Trumbull Police know about the alleged assault at the Marriott.

Damato-Kushel turned herself into Trumbull Police Jan. 11. She is charged with four counts of risky of injury to a minor, second-degree sexual assault and two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. She was released on a $50,000 bond.
