"Dottie" L. Caseria, age 93, of Trumbull, loving wife of the late Pasquale Caseria, died peacefully in her home with her loving family by her side on Thursday, September 6, 2018.Dorothy was born in Bridgeport to the late Theodore and Anna (Krawczyk) Bednarsky.

She retired from D.M. Read's Department Store where she had been employed as a switchboard operator. She had previously been employed at AT&T and the Norwalk Hour. She was a wonderful, kind, caring and loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all those who knew her.Survivors include four beloved children, Linda Caseria, Leonard Caseria, Patrick Caseria and Phillip Caseria; one grandson, Phillip Caseria, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved siblings, Josephine Kramer, Louise Czajkowski and Stanley, Theodore, Millie, Raymond, Benjamin and Henry Bednarsky.Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at St. Theresa Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford.
