PD: Man Arrested After Threatening Trumbull Bank

The man allegedly said that someone was going to get shot if he didn't get his way.

A Bridgeport man was arrested after he allegedly threatened staff at the Wells Fargo bank.

Police said that Lou Longwa, 56, went to the bank in January 2015 and that there was a dispute over a transfer of money and he wanted money back in his account.

Bank officials told him he needed to contact customer service. He then said someone was going to get shot and left, police said.

A warrant was done and Bridgeport Police picked him up on unrelated charges on Feb. 5.

He was charged with first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
