PD: Man Refuses to Turn Over Guns After Trumbull Domestic

The move increased his bond ten-fold, police said.

A Shelton man is accused of refusing to turn over his firearms after being arrested for an alleged domestic incident.

Police responded to a Main Street residence Sept. 15 after a woman called fearful of her partner, police said.

She said that Richard Conti, 50, of Shelton started questioning why she was using her phone upstairs in the residence and followed her downstairs to argue about her children and money.
