Probate Court in Trumbull May Move to Monroe
A building in Monroe would have more space for the court, but it isn't centrally located in the district.

The Probate Court that serves Easton, Monroe and Trumbull could possibly move from Trumbull to Monroe.
The court was going to move from Trumbull Town Hall to the town's senior center , according to the Trumbull Times.

First Selectman Tim Herbst said he is waiting to hear from Monroe First Selectman Steve Vavrek if there is enough space at the Jockey Hollow Middle School. The building will become vacant after students from the former Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown move to the new school being built in Newtown.
The Monroe building would have sufficient space, Judge of Probate T.R. Rowe said, but on the downside it is located in one of the northern parts of the district and isn't the most convenient. The idea is still in its infancy.
