Route 111 Signal, Road Improvement Project Underway In Trumbull
Work is scheduled to continue until the fall of 2023 and there will be lane closures throughout the project, according to town officials.
TRUMBULL, CT — Guerrera Construction and the Trumbull Engineering Department are currently working to make improvements to the Route 111 roadway in town.
According to the town website, part of the project includes installing a traffic signal at a commercial plaza in the area that houses a number of businesses, including Prime One Eleven and The Edge Fitness.
The trail will be redirected to that light and a new crosswalk will be installed, town officials said.

Town officials also noted they anticipate these improvements will make the area safer for both drivers and trail users.
