Maintaining a reasonable mill rate, while at the same time investing in our schools so that they continue to maintain their excellent ratings and families like mine feel comfortable sending their children to public school. Our schools are integral to maintaining our property values. What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
As an attorney for more than 20 years, I routinely need to find creative solutions for complicated problems and often find myself in situations where I need to work with opposing counsel to find a resolution that our respective clients will accept.
The best advice ever shared with me was ...
Since I was a child my father has always said to me: "Don't complain unless you are
prepared to step up and fix the problem."
What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your
positions?
My husband and I moved to Trumbull five years ago so that we could raise our daughter in a community that was close to my work in Stratford, where we could live comfortably and feel good about sending our daughter to public school. Since moving here in 2014 we have been engaged members of the community.
