Trumbull First Selectman Herbst Proposes Modest Budget Increase

First Selectman Tim Herbst proposed a 2.17 percent budget increase for the next fiscal year.
The increase would mean a 2.19 percent mill rate increase for taxpayers if approved, according to the Trumbull Times.
