Trumbull Holding Budget Hearing Saturday
The public will have the chance to comment.

Trumbull will hold a budget public hearing Saturday to hear from the public.
One issue that will come up is funding for the theater program TYA. First Selectman Tim Herbst’s proposal to cut town funding for the program has already drawn ire.
Herbst’s budget in total represents a 2.17 percent increase, according to the Trumbull Times.

Some proposals involve a health department in Trumbull after the town withdrew from the regional health district. There is also a proposal to shift around positions at Parks and Recreation.
The meeting will take place at 10 a.m. at Madison Middle School
