Trumbull Man Arrested After Pound of Pot Found: PD
The investigation stemmed from a domestic dispute at a Main Street home, police said.
A 22-year-old Trumbull man was arrested after he was allegedly found to be selling drugs in the driveway of his residence.
Police responded to 6088 Main St. on a report of a fight in progress on Jan. 29. A man who fled on foot was apprehended a short distance away.
Rafael Cruz, 25, of Bridgeport was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and two counts of violation of a protective order.

During the investigation police learned that resident Daniel Silva, 22, was dealing drugs in his driveway, according to police.
Police seized a vehicle he used and obtained a search warrant for the vehicle and a small safe in the home.

Police found 1.25 pounds of marijuana $3,736 in cash, a scale and packaging materials.
Silva turned himself in on a warrant Feb. 17 and was charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, illegal sale in a drug factory, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession within 1,500 feet of a school.
