Trumbull Man Provided Heroin that Led to Overdose: Milford PD
The accused was arrested on a warrant this week, police said.
MILFORD, CT — Police say they have arrested a Trumbull man who provided another man with heroin that caused the man to overdose in 2017 in Milford, police said.
On Feb. 28, police took custody of Ryan Nolan, 27, of Norwood Terrace in regard to an active arrest warrant, police said. Nolan is accused of providing another man with heroin that caused the man to overdose on Oct. 23, 2017 at an Old Gate Lane motel, police said.
He is charged with illegal distribution of narcotics and released on a promise to appear in court.
