Trumbull Republican Registrar Quits Redistricting Committee
Bill Holden urged officials to wait until after 2020 Census to decide the future of voting districts.

TRUMBULL, CT —Republican Registrar of voters Bill Holden quit the town's voting redistricting committee.
Holden urged officials to wait until after the 2020 U.S. Census to take action, according to the Trumbull Times.
First Selectman Vicki Tesoro and other town Democrats wants to return the town to seven voting districts from the current four. Democrats current hold a 16-5 majority on the Town Council. Going to seven districts would prevent either party from holding a supermajority on the Town Council.
