The Connecticut High School Coaches Association will be conducting its third annual Senior Girls Lacrosse All Star Game at Fairfield Warde High School on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Local girls playing in the game include Warde's Taylor Bargmann and Alex Kelly, Trumbull's Marissa Mongillo, New Canaan's Liz Detour and Wilton's Maddie Kratz.

St. Joseph's Brian Bacarella, who scored three goals in Saturday's 6-5 Class S state championship game win over Barlow, and A.J. Aitoro, have been selected for the second round of tryouts for the Connecticut Super Junior Team.
The tryout session is set for Wednesday at 4 p.m. at the Freeman Athletic Center on the campus of Wesleyan University in Middletown.
The Connecticut Lacrosse Foundation will select a total of 36 players - nine attack, nine defense, 15 middies and three goalies - to form three complete teams who will play for one full half as members of the Connecticut Super Junior team vs.the Massachusetts Super Junior team.
The Super Junior Game will consist of three halves and will be played on the Reese Stadium turf at Yale University, New Haven on June 17.
Also, St. Joseph's Tyler Matakevich and Quinn Irwin have been named to the District II all-star team that will compete in the Connecticut High School Coaches Association All-Star baseball games on Tuesday at Plainville High School.
District III meets II at 5 p.m. June 14 and I plays IV at 7:30 with the two winners squaring off on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
The Junior Select game will be on Wednesday at 7:30. A selection committee of college coaches and scouts will pick the best 18 senior players for a game against a Massachusetts team June 26 at 1 at Plainville.
St. Joseph's Alex Guadalupe was named to the Junior Select blue squad and Joe Burns was tabbed for the Junior Select grey squad. Trumbull's Mike Yerina was picked for the blue team.
