Current Trumbull boys tennis coach Abe Breslow was one of six individuals inducted ino the FCIAC Hall of Fame on Tuesday during its annual recognition dinner at the Chatham Manor in Norwalk.
Breslow previously coached the Trumbull girls soccer and team was inducted into the Connecticut Girls Soccer Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2005.

Also honored by the FCIAC were McMahon athletic director Joe Maddafari and John Keogh, who has coached tennis at McMahon and Norwalk, former Stamford Catholic football coach Joe Anzalone; former New Canaan High School volleyball head coach Priscilla Schulz; and the late Bill Gonillo, the sports director at Cablevision News 12 who died in 2007.
-- The Connecticut High School Coaches Association will be conducting its third annual Senior Girls Lacrosse All Star Game at Fairfield Warde High School on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Local girls playing in the game include Warde's Taylor Bargmann and Alex Kelly, Trumbull's Marissa Mongillo, New Canaan's Liz Detour and Wilton's Maddie Kratz.
Some of the best lacrosse players from across the state will be participating in the game. Admission is free
-- St. Joseph's Joe Della Vecchia, who quarterbacked the Cadets to a second consecutive Class S state championship last season, has been named to the Connecticut team for the annual Governor's Cup football game against Rhode Island.
Also chosen to the team were St. Joseph linebacker Tyler Matakevich and Trumbull safety Phil Terio. The Eagles lost to Xavier in the Class LL state final.
The 13th annual all-star game is set for June 25 at 4:30 p.m. at Southington's Fontana Field. Tickets are $8.
The contest normally takes place at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, but has been moved this year because UConn is putting in a new grass turf field.
The team will be coached by Masuk's John Murphy, whose team was voted No. 1 in the state last season. Connecticut has won the last eight games in the series Here is the Connecticut roster:
