Westhill 7, St. Joseph 2 -- The Cadets were blanked against Westhill ace Allison Macari until scoring a run in each of the last two innings.

Ridgfield 5, Trumbull 1- Katherine Danisi broke the game open for Ridgefield with a grand slam in the sixth inning.

Baseball

St. Joseph 12, Westhill 3 -- Zach Carrano collected five hits and five RBI to lead a 21-hit attack as the Cadets bounced back from their first loss of the season. Alex Guadalupe and Conor Crouse each finished with three hits for St. Joseph.

Ridgefield 11, Trumbull 2 -- Casey Mack had two hits and drove in both runs for the Eagles.

SATURDAY'S RESULTS

Girls Lacrosse

Ridgefield 13, Trumbull 5-- Lisa Pulie and Kristen Sileo each scored two goals for the Eagles.

Boys lacrosse

St. Joseph 18, Danbury 4-- Pat Corcoran had three goals and three assists to lead the Cadets. L.J. Hunt also scored three goals and Pat Mulligan picked up four assists for the Cadets.
