Trumbull Scores and Standings: Sept 30

The Trumbull football team looks for its second win of the season when the Eagles face struggling Fairfield Ludlowe on Friday at 7 p.m.

The Eagles, whose offense erupted in a 47-13 win at Westhill last week, could have more success against the Falcons (0-2), who are coming off a 41-0 loss at Ridgefield. Ludlowe did not cross midfield in the game.

Last week, the Eagles took advantage of six turnovers by the Vikings in the first half - three fumbles and three interceptions - to junp out to a 33-0 halftime lead.
