Woman Tried To Steal $1.7k Worth Of Items: Trumbull PD
She seemed to be selecting items at random, police said.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport woman was arrested after she stole $1,748 worth of items from Macy's Aug. 16.
Loss prevention employees noticed that the woman seemed to select items at random and then went into a fitting room. The fitting room was empty except for hangers.
Mishelle Prevot, 37, was stopped before she attempted to exit the store without paying, police said. She was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
