• Roof Comes Off Old Mill Complex In Vernon (patch.com) — Vernon residents are seeing a dramatic step in Rockville's revival as the roof of the historic Daniel's Mill comes off for a major environmental cleanup and renovation. Crews are removing PCB-contaminated materials under a statewide mill remediation program, with hopes of transforming the 1865 textile complex on East Main Street into new housing and retail that will anchor downtown Rockville's future.
