Businesses Show What They Can Do
Tolland County and East Hartford businesses demonstrate their products and show what they have to offer at a chamber event.
Maneeley's Banquet & Catering Facility in South Windsor hosted the Tolland County and East Hartford Chambers of Commerce annual Business Showcase on April 6 in an effort to better network with surrounding communities and other entrepreneurs.
The event was open to anyone who wanted to come by and take look around.
Candice Corcione, executive director for the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce, and Ronald Pugliese, president of East Hartford Chamber of Commerce, spearheaded the event, with the goal of helping out local business, small business and even a few big businesses. Through the chambers' efforts, Corcione and Pugliese hoped that businesses would be strengthened, and in turn help to strengthen local communities, they said.
