The annual Vernon Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Friday, April 6, at Henry Park.
Thousands of foul-wrapped solid chocolate Easter eggs will be hidden on the fields for youngsters to collect. The hunt is open to children ages 2 through 8 and those 2 to 4 must be accompanied by an adult.
The schedule is as follows:
• Age 2: 9:45 a.m., softball field.
• Ages 3 and 4: 10:15 a.m., softball field.
• Ages 5 and 6: 9:30 a.m., McCoy Field.
• Ages 7 and 8: 10 a.m. McCoy Field.
The rain date is April 7.
