Arctic Splash: Take a plunge in the icy waters of Valley Falls Park, Sponsored by The Vernon Parks and Recreation Department

The Vernon Parks and Recreation Department will be holding an Arctic Splash Fundraiser to benefit the Send-A-Kid to Camp program and the Hockanum Valley Community Council on December 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at Valley Falls Park. T-shirts provided to those who pre-register and raise $10 or more. Awards will be handed out for the following categories:

Bon Fire (weather permitting) and Refreshments

Date: December 3rd Time: 1:00 pm

Location: Valley Falls Park, Valley Falls Rd.

Fee: Donations Raised ($10.00 minimum required)

Please fill out the Donation Form, Complete and Return

NO LATER THAN DEC. 1st

Students in Grade 5 or below must be accompanied by an adult.

Hockanum Valley Community Council Information:

HVCC an independent, multi-program, private non-profit human service agency. It is dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents of the Tolland County area. HVCC provides services to individuals and/or families in a manner which will promote independence while assuring that basic needs are met regardless of ability to pay.
