BOLTON BULLDOGS GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL COACHES WILL BE RUNNING DRILLS FOR SKILLS
BASKETBALL CAMP AT BOLTON HIGH SCHOOL.
THE CAMP IS DEDICATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF BASKETBALL FUNDAMENTALS, OFF-SEASON
CONDITIONING AND GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF SPORT NUTRITION.
OFFENSIVE DRILLS WILL INCLUDE: Dribbling, proper passing, footwork, shooting / free throw shooting,
inside post up techniques, outside perimeter/point guard play, ball handling, etc.
DEFENSIVE DRILLS WILL INCLUDE: Man to man positioning, zone defenses, defensive footwork,
rebounding/outlet pass, basic defensive tips, court awareness, etc.
