Tai Chi will take place today at 10:00am for the cost of $5 per class. The class consists of gentle movements that increase balance and flexibility.
Tai Chi takes place each Friday, but always be sure to call ahead in case of cancellations due to weather, holidays, etc. The number is 860-870-3680.
