ImageWorks, Search Integrations Announce Merger

VERNON, CT — Vernon-based ImageWorks LLC on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Search Integrations in an move to create "a full service digital marketing agency with clients throughout New England."

Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands the ImageWorks team by adding John Kleinhans and Matthew Trant and also increases the services offered by ImageWorks "to help better suit all clients with a full digital services package," according to the announcement.

"We are excited about this acquisition because of the services and team that ImageWorks will now offer to our clients. Search Integrations has developed a proprietary bidding algorithm for various paid advertising services that will be exclusive to ImageWorks clients," said Jeffrey Cohen, co-founder and vice president of ImageWorks. "Search Integrations has also been seen as one of the leaders in political digital marketing here in Connecticut and we are looking forward to continuing that tradition."

ImageWorks is one of the top Web Design and Digital Marketing Firms in Connecticut with clients not only in the Nutmeg State but across the country.

Kleinhans is the former executive director of the Connecticut Republican Party and serves as the senior strategist for Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton.

Trant is the former president and CEO of Search Integrations and is being touted as a leader within the innovative digital space.
