Library Offering Daily Children's Programs For School Vacation Week
The vacation runs the entire week.

The children's departmet of the Rockville Public Library is offering daily activities for school vacation this week.
Here is a peek at what is on tap:
Monday, April 9
The Connecticut Science Center presents Dry Ice and Playing With Polymers at 2:30 p.m. Children will learn what dry ice is through experiments.
Children will learn about polymers by making their own gooey, slippery, slimy toys to take home.
Tuesday, April 10
At 2:30 p.m., the Lutz Children's Museum presents, "How Do Animals Get Ready for Spring?" Children will learn how living things prepare for the arrival of their babies when the weather turns warmer.
Wednesday, April 11
Story hour for ages 2 through 4 at 10:30 a.m.
At 2:30 p.m., children 4 and older can make a tissue paper kite. Pre-registration is required and the session is limited to 47 participants.
Thursday, April 12
At 11 a.m., the library will present a Jane Seymour Nature Program on bird migration and the incredible journeys our feathered friends make.
At 2:30 p.m., an exercise program entitled, "Move to the Groove With Mrs. Pat" will be offered for all ages.
Friday, April 13

The movie "Hugo" will be featured at 2:30 p.m.
