Nicholas & Son took an early 2-0 lead but D&S chipped away and tied the score at 2-2.

In its last at bat, D&S scored two more runs for a 4 -2 lead.

Nicholas & Son had the tying runs on base and the winning run at the plate with two out. John Maughan made a difficult catch on a fly ball in a crowd at shortstop to end the game.
