Local Flooring Business Part of a National Campaign

A local business is playing a big part in a national commercial campaign. 
Schneider’s Flooring America, an independent flooring retailer on Talcottville
Road that is a member of the Flooring America cooperative, will be one of the first stops on Flooring America’s "Where Friends Send Friends" mobile tour on Saturday.

One of 10 stops chosen for the tour, Schneider’s customers will have the opportunity to share their stories that will be used in Flooring America’s national television campaign and marketing materials. 

According to Vice President of Marketing & Advertising Frank Chiera, “The Where Friends Send Friends mobile tour creates excitement and a level of engagement with the brand and our customers that is truly unique in the flooring industry. We can’t wait to meet the customers of Schneider’s Flooring America to hear their stories first-hand.”

Schneider’s will kick-off the event with a customer appreciation sale that gives patrons 50 percent off selected items in every department beginning on Saturday. To show its continued support for the Dress for Success organization, Schneider’s will donate $1 for every 10 square feet of carpet sold on Thursday and Friday. In addition, the store will be running a handbag drive, requesting customers bring a gently used handbag to be donated to Dress for Success. The festivities will continue throughout the day with a barbeque for all customers. 

“When we heard about the mobile tour and the opportunity to engage our customers and community at such an exciting event, we definitely wanted to participate,” said Maxine Schneider, the owner of Schneider’s Flooring America. “This is a great way for us to show our appreciation to our customers.”
