Economic Development Coordinator Shaun Gately said on Thursday that the 23,389 square feet of commercial space that make up 33-35 West Main St. has  "just" been put on the market.

The listing has been prepared by the national brokerage firm of Marcus & Millichap, which has an office in New Haven. The list price is $1.85 million.

The property consists of 1.51 acres that sit across an intersection from Rockville General Hospital. The building was constructed in 1951 and renovated in 20067, according to the listing.

Current commercial tenants are Beacon Prescriptions (in the first year of a 10-year lease) Antonio's Pizza (in year three of a five-year lease), Boost Mobile (in year one of the five-year lease) and a laundromat (in year one of the five-year lease).

The commercial tenants garner $117,600 in rent annually, according to the listing.

Vernon Continuing Education and Paces Counseling Services are also tenants with long-terms leases.

The service tenants produce $85,155 in annual rent, according to the listing
