More Vernon Bear Sightings ... Rockville High School Honor Students, Staff Collect Them for Charity
The bears and other toys are on their way from Rockville High School to help the less-fortunate in town.
VERNON, CT — The Rockville High School National Honor Society recently sponsored its annual toy drive to benefit the Cornerstone Foundation Holiday Party for Children.
Boxes of toys donated by students and staff were piled high in Principal Andrew Rockett’s office.
In addition, RHS staff collected more than 75 teddy bears and other stuffed animals to add to the Cornerstone collection.
