• Uncooperative Driver Complicates Accident Scene In Vernon: Police (patch.com) — Vernon residents may notice police still piecing together why a 23-year-old local driver crashed into a guardrail on West Street Saturday evening, then refused sobriety tests. The man became uncooperative at the scene and was taken to Rockville Hospital for evaluation, and as of Monday morning no charges had been filed.
