The latest installment in the Picture Vernon series.
VERNON, CT — The latest installment of the Picture Vernon series takes us to the old Exchange Block in Downtown Rockville.
The picture depicts the building on a corner lot being demolished to make way for "redevelopment" in the area.
The project took several years to complete and added new buildings and increased parking to the area.
