Saturday is Take Your Child to the Library Day

The Rockville Public Library children's room is conducting its first-ever Take Your Child to the Library Day on Saturday.

Scheduled activities include:

• 10:30 a.m. - The Connecticut Adubon Society presents the book "Blizzard" by Carole Gerber. The story hour includes visits from a love rabbit and hamster.

• 1 p.m. A magic and fun show by Bryan Flint.

• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - All day craft activities like creating a special bookworm bookmark and a penguin valentine.
