sweetFrog fundraiser to benefit FACT, April 27th

On April 27th, 2015 The Mom’s club of Vernon/Bolton is holding a fundraiser and donating the proceeds to the Family Affirmation Center for Treatment (FACT) .

Beyond the clinical work FACT offers children and their grownups, they also have a small food pantry, clothes closet with mostly gently used clothing (occasionally new items). Sometimes, FACT has baby items (pack and play, car seats etc) that are donated; FACT helps with school bags/supplies, Thanksgiving meals,Christmas gifts, and Easter baskets.

Last year FACT had a request to help a young single mom who found herself on her own right before giving birth, and because of the generosity of clients, and other supporters they were able to get everything she needed. One of the biggest supporters was the Moms Club of Vernon/Bolton; so many of the mom’s came forward with new and gently used items that the (expecting) mom was off to an amazing start.
