This Week's Business Spotlight: Russ's Time Rock 'N' Roll Diner

It's a historic landmark in a section of town known for historic landmarks.

It's Russ's Time Rock 'N' Roll Diner on the main drag in Rockville.

Owner Russell Johndrow takes his theme seriously. The walls in the restaurant are decorated with classic rock 'n' roll memorabilia from the 1950s and '60s, including many pictures of Gene Pitney, who grew up in Rockville.

Breakfast and lunch are served seven days a week in a nostalgic and fun atmosphere. Russ's Time can also be rented for private parties of up to 30 guests.

Russ loves to share Pitney stories. Those are free. Challenging him to a music trivia contest will cost you your pride.
 
Definitely dare him to make you a grilled cheese to order.
