ELLINGTON, CT — Edward Lukas, 60, of Willington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check, according to an arrest report. He tired to issue a personal check from an expired account at the Lakeside Deli, located 99 Stafford Road, according to an arrest report.

MANSFIELD, CT — Eric Natusch, 28, of Mansfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for an incident at 11:02 p.m. on Storrs Road, according to an arrest report. State police received an emergency call indicating he was out of control and breaking items at a residence, according to an arrest report.
TOLLAND, CT — Matthew Buck, 46, of Monson, MA, was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence at 8:56 p.m., according to an arrest report. He was pulled over after being clocked at 110 MPH in a Ford sport utility vehicle on Interstate-84 near Exit 69, according to an arrest report.

WILLINGTON, CT — Lauren Moses, 22, of Main St., Somers, was charged with the illegal possession of a narcotic at 9:59 p.m., according to an arrest report. She was pulled over near Exit 70 on Interstate-84 for erratic driving and state police found heroin on her, according to an arrest report.
TOLLAND, CT — Alicia Kane, 28, was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia after state police pulled over for a breakdown, according to an arrest report. A dog unit was called in and heroin paraphernalia was located, according to an arrest report.
Aug. 27
SOMERS, CT — Denise Phillips, 66, and Stephen Phillips, 75, were both charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a domestic incident at 2:12 p.m., according to an arrest report. The incident was on Olmsted Manor Drive, state police said.
