Vernon and Wethersfield Bank Robberies May Be Related
A reward has been offered for the arrest of the female suspect.
A woman who robbed a Vernon bank on Tuesday may be the same person who robbed a Wethersfield bank on Friday.
A $1,000 reward has been offered by The Connecticut Bankers Reward Association for infomation leading to her arrest, according to NBC Connecticut.
The woman robbed the Liberty Bank in Wethersfield Friday. She was wearing a hat, sunglasses and black gloves. She got away with an undisclosed amount of money after handing a teller a note.
