Vernon Candidates, Voters Ready For 2021 Local Election
Here's what you need to know concerning Tuesday's elections in Vernon, including the candidates, polling places, voting hours and more.

VERNON, CT — Vernon residents and candidates will be heading to the polls Tuesday for the 2021 municipal election. Several seats in local government are up for grabs.
The most notable race is for mayor, in which longtime incumbent Daniel Champagne is being challenged by Democrat Jesse Schoolnik.
Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 2. Voters who are in line before 8 p.m. will be able to vote even after the deadline passes.
