Vernon Little League Recruiting Sponsors

Vernon Little League is currently accepting team sponsors for its Fall Ball program.

The league is recruiting sponsors in an effort to keep registration costs down for our players. The cost to sponsor a Fall Ball team is $200.

The league also still has some main outfield sign space, new banner space options available at the softball fields, and one scoreboard sign space still available.

Registrations for the 2012 Fall Ball baseball and softball season have been scheduled for the Legion Field Snack Shack on Regan Road in Vernon on the following dates:

• Thursday, July 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

• Saturday, July 28, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

• Tuesday, July 31, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Registration is open to all new and returning players. The age rules are:

• Baseball: 7 to 11 as of April 30, 2012.

• Softball: 7 to 14 as of Dec. 31, 2011.
