Vernon Police Arrest Hartford Firefighter on OUI Charges

Vernon Police arrested Hartford Firefighter Michael Digiacomo, 56, on charges of failing to drive right and operating under the influence on Jan. 21.

Digiacomo has been placed on leave from the department, according to the Courant.
