Vernon Schools Hoping to Earn Target Gift Cards

Target is giving away up to $2.5 million in gift cards to schools through Give With Target app on Facebook.

And Vernon is in on it.

Participation is connected to the Give With Target app. To participate log into face book and head to the Target Gives page.

Then choose a one of the schools - they range from K through 12 - on the list of eligible schools. Each school can be voted for weekly through Sept. 8 or when $2.5 million worth of in Target gift cards have been awarded, whichever comes first.

Every Vernon public school and St. Bernard pre-school are on the list.

A school will receive a $25 Target GiftCard for every 25 votes received during the promotional period; - up to a maximum of $10,000 in gift cards. For example, schools that receive less than 25 votes will not receive any gift cards, while schools that receive 25 top 49 votes receive a $25 Target gift card and schools that receive 50 to 74 votes receive $50 in gift cards.
