Vernon Scout Spruces Up Center 375 For Eagle Project
A Vernon Boy Scout has refurbished the play areas at Center 375 as part of his Eagle Scout project.
VERNON, CT — A Vernon Boy Scout has made the play areas at Center 375 a bit more comfortable as part of his Eagle Scout project.
Sam Yencho of Boy Scout Troop 2020 completed his Eagle Scout project on Oct. 5. It benefits the Center 375 YMCA preschool and childcare programs.
Yencho built and installed a new sandbox with a permanent canopy.

For the playgrounds, he collected toys to relace broken ones, weeded the areas and cleaned current equipment.
