Vernon Store Sells Big CT Lottery Winner

VERNON/MANCHESTER, CT —A Manchester player has won a hefty prize off a CT Lottery ticket purchased at a Vernon package store.

Joseph Norville cashed in a $10,000 winner on May 11, CT Lottery officials said. He played the 10X CASH 13TH EDITION scratch game.

Norville purchased the ticket at Whiskey & Wine World on Route 30 in Vernon.
