Vernon Student Honored By Pomfret School

The honor was for the winter term.

VERNON, CT - Corinne McPadden of Vernon, a member of the Pomfret School class of 2017, has earned honor roll distinction for the 2015-2016 winter term.

A student earns honors with a grade point average of 3.330 or higher and no grade below a B-minus.

Founded in 1894, Pomfret School is an independent college preparatory school for boarding and day students in grades 9 through 12. We also offer a postgraduate year. Set on 500 acres in the Last Green Valley of northeastern Connecticut, the school offers eight academic disciplines, more than 100 elective courses, 25 athletic options, and numerous opportunities to participate in community outreach and service programs.
