Wetlands Commission to Review Roosevelt Mills Modification
The added parcel has come into play.

The next chapter in the project to redevelop the old Roosevelt Mills complex will be played out next week.
The Inland Wetland Commission is scheduled to review a modification to the site plan on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. The modification was presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday and is on file.
The PZC is scheduled to meet next on Jan. 15.
Economic Development Coordinator Shaun Gately said the project, known as Loom City Lofts, is "fully approved," save for the latest modification.
The plans have been revised to move the main driveway to the parcel up the hill that includes the white house. That land was added to the project several months ago. It needs Inland Wetland Commission approval, Gately said.
The Loom City Lofts project, boosted already by more than $1 million in state aid, is designed to construct 68 apartments and 10,000 square feet of commercial space.
The project is contingent upon additional financing that is being sought through the state, Gately and project officials have said.
The mill complex at 215 East Main St., was once considered a giant in the textile industry, but has sat idle for years.
