• Public Information Meeting on Replacement of Bridge Carrying Rt 49 over Pachaug River in Voluntown (ct.gov) — Voluntown residents are invited to a virtual CTDOT meeting on November 3 about replacing the Ekonk Hill Road (Route 49) bridge over the Pachaug River, a $7 million project planned for 2029. You can join by phone or online, ask questions during the live Q&A, and submit comments for two weeks afterward, with language assistance available at no cost.
