3 Caught Burglarizing Vehicles Overnight In Wallingford: Police
Two 18-year-olds and one juvenile were arrested after they were caught breaking into vehicles around 3:50 a.m. in Wallingford, police said.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Two 18-year-olds and a juvenile were arrested after they were caught breaking into vehicles during the overnight hours Sunday in Wallingford. Police received a complaint around 3:50 a.m. on Dec. 8 of three men breaking into vehicles in the area of Constitution Street, according to Lt. James Cifarelli.
Patrol units responded to the area and quickly apprehended two 18-year-olds and a juvenile who matched the description of the suspects, according to Cifarelli.
Cifarelli said the suspects were in the possession of numerous key fobs and stolen property. A stolen vehicle from Easton was found close to where the suspects were apprehended. The keys to the stolen vehicle were also recovered from the suspects, according to Cifarelli.

Corey Baldwin, 18, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. He was held on a $10,000 bond.
Tyquell Gibson, 18, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. He was held on a $10,000 bond.

The juvenile was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. He was released to the custody of a parent/guardian.
