Bagged Leaf Collection Begins Soon In Wallingford

If you haven't bagged up all your leaves yet, there's still (some) time before the town begins its annual leaf collection.

WALLINGFORD, CT — If you haven’t bagged up all your leaves yet, there’s still (some) time before the town begins its annual leaf collection. The Public Works Department, starting Monday, Nov. 20, will begin a one-time pickup of bagged leaves (no brush) collected from Wallingford residences.

All bagged leaves must be placed at the curb in paper leaf bags no later than Sunday, Nov. 19, according to town officials. Residents may use masking tape or painters tape to close the bag, however, duct tape is not accepted.
