This spring marks the 100th birthday of legendary jazz musician Miles Davis. It also marks the anniversary of his groundbreaking June 1970 performance at the Fillmore East, which celebrated a decade of protest, progress, and Civil Rights in America. In honor of the Juneteenth holiday, join musicians Wayne Tucker and Nicholas Fiorese for a tribute to Miles' iconic concert and career with hypnotic grooves, open improvisation, and a fusion of styles from jazz to rock and funk.
