Connex Credit Union kicks off first quarter “Coins for Change” program benefiting local community organizations for 2014
Connex Credit Union will donate all fees collected from their Wallingford branch coin counting machine from January 1 through March 31 to the Yalesville 5th Grade Class. The coin counting machine charges 5% to Connex members and 7% to non- members. Every quarter Connex chooses different local organizations for each of their four coin counting machines located in Guilford, Hamden, North Haven and Wallingford.
Yalesville Elementary School is dedicated to providing over 400 students with a positive educational experience. Funds for the 5th Grade Class will help support field trips and other end-of-year activities as the 5th Grade prepares to move onto a new grade and a new school.
