Dirkson Named New Assistant Principal at Sheehan High School

Greg Dirkson was appointed as the newest assistant principal at Sheehan High School in a special meeting of the Wallingford Board of Education Thursday night, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal also reported that former assistant principal James Francese was moved to a curriculum coordinator position for English and Language Arts and Humanities.

Also at the meeting, Steve Baker was named the new athletic director at Lyman Hall, replacing Amy Labas, who left to become the Coordinator of Athletics and Extra-Curricular Activities for Plainville Community Schools, according to the Record-Journal.
